Low Sleep Needs Babies & Toddlers

Описание: Some of you might not know this but we tried sleep training with my oldest. It’s actually how I started my journey as a sleep consultant because “it worked” until it stopped working.

I was told I needed to retrain her 🙄. I didn’t and ended up happily nursing her to sleep until she was almost 3 years old.

During that time I also realized she had lower end sleep needs. She didn’t need to same amount of daytime sleep as other babies her age.

Once I was able to understand her sleep needs and figure out a daytime sleep schedule that worked for her sleep she started sleeping fine at night while I continued to nurse her to sleep.

This is a huge reason who I focus so heavily on this aspect while working with families
