Two sound sources, and drums.
This is mainly some initial results from recent experimentation and learning process from adding new modules to the rig. The Make Noise Multimod and the Squarp Instruments Hermod +

First sound the hermod sequence cv is split into input 1 of the Instruo Saich and the input of the Multimod. Three outputs of the Multimod are sent to SSF/Divkid RND STEP and out to inputs 2, 3 and 4 of the Saich. Saich output to Joranalogue Filter 8 and two of it's outputs are split into 4 switchable Left/Right inputs into Make Noise Mimeophon.

Second sound is another sequence to the Modbap Modular Osiris into Meridian with both sounds into some FX Qu-Bit Data Bender and Endorphin.es Golden Master.

Always heavy on the modulation with Multimod, Wogglebug, Ochd w/Expander, Mutable Instruments Tides clone, Intellijel Quadrax and gates with the Hermod+, ALM Busy Circuits Pam's New Workout, Animodule S.T.D. and Quadrax Expander.

Drums out the MPC Live 2.

What you are watching is a "live recording of a musical composition created using a eurorack modular synthesizer instrument" captured to video as a modular synth/hip-hop instrumental performance or "Modbap Cookup".

Modbap....IMO..... Using modular synthesizers, "mod", in conjunction with hip-hop. The "bap" taken from boom bap of course. I think it's not meant to mean that (boom bap) specifically but as representation of the "kick and snare." It doesn't matter if you use a Trap drum or a Dilla style drum or any combination in between.
Hip-Hop Drums + Modular Synth = Modbap.

The term Modbap was coined by Corry Banks owner of Modbap Modular, and the musical style was created by him and others like Voltagectrlr, then adapted and championed by hundreds, if not thousands of others.
