From Thurstaston to Hilbre, following the coastline to West Kirby and then approved route to the islands. A walk of 10 miles round trip and back in time for fish and chips at Wirral Country Park Caravan Club site.
The islands are a mecca for bird and seal watchers or just a pleasant walk on a nice day. The weather can change in minutes though, so dress sensibly and keep a close eye on the tide times!
