How many polybeads do I need?
Weight you would like the quilt (5-10% of the bodyweight of the person the weighted blanket is for) in pounds multiplied by 16 ounces
This number divided by how many squares you have
This is how many ounces of beads should go in each “pocket”
Weight of Blanket x 16 / # pockets = ounces for each pocket
