Feather Fiend Piano Synthesia (Tutorial-ish) - Donkey Kong Country Returns

Описание: Welp, I'm back!
I was planning to upload the last Snafu and Ogbur video back in October but I completely forgot about it and I've been hella busy recently. But that will come out at some point... idk when, but it is coming!

Anyways, this video! So I was casually playing piano when I decided I wanted to learn some of the tunes from Donkey Kong Country Returns because that game has a brilliant soundtrack. Long story short I rediscovered good ol Feathers McGraw's boss battle and its great theme. I decided I wanted to learn how to play it, but I couldn't find any synthesias and so I decided to make my own! (I can read sheet music, it's just synthesias are so much faster to learn)

I thought it would be pretty fun to just try and put the song together piece by piece so that's exactly what I did! So I figured some of it out on the keyboard by ear, shoved that into Sibelius, done the rest of it on there, struggled with how to change the tempo, realised I put it in the wrong key and had to change most of the notes, got Synthesia, plonked it in there, screen recorded it, took the audio from Sibelius, clumped them all together, dumped them in iMovie, and then I was done! Well, I only put it on iMovie when I decided to upload it but you get the picture. So hopefully someone finds enjoyment out of this video and can learn how to play it!

I should probably also mention when I composed it in Sibelius I didn't realise some areas would overlay in Synthesia... so this piece is probably impossible to play, but you can pick and choose different parts!

This video is probably just a one off (which is exactly what I said with my first video!) because it was originally just a fun project that I decided to upload so other people can use it if they like... but... I might try Mole Patrol because that's another banger of a theme which doesn't have any piano synthesias... but don't count on it, because I'm lazy as shit.
