All purpose flour [ maida] - 2 1/2 cups [ around 300gms ]
Yeast - 1 tsp
Sugar - 2 to 3 tsp
Egg - 1 large
Ghee - 1 tbssp
Salt 1/2 tsp
lukewarm water as required
INGREDIENTS FOR BUTTER CREAM
Butter- 75 grms [ at room temp]
Powdered sugar - 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Milk - 1-2 tsp [cold milk]
Oil for deep frying
