Pylex helical pile foundation, floor framing

Описание: In this video, I am building the foundation, floor support system, and insulated floor for our new cabin on our off grid abandoned hunting camp. I am using 35, 50 in helical piles In a grid pattern with 4 x 4, southern yellow pine critical structure risers Bolted to the piles. There are seven 4 x 6 x 16’ southern yellow pine critical structure beams that will set on top of the risers. The floor joist framing will be 2 x 6 x 16‘ and 2 x 6 x 12‘. there is 2 x 2 x 8 furring strips that will hold in the 2 inch foam insulation with an R10 rating. The deck is 4 x 8 by three-quarter inch sheets of treated plywood and under the floor to seal up. The bottom will be 4 x 8 by half inch sheets of treated plywood.
