Leading into the IFBB Victorian state championship I wasn't able to train legs properly due to a torn groin , you can notice a huge difference with the package I brought to the Australian National stage in regards to fullness and I was also harder too , up 3kg in the 4 week I had to bring up all of my weakness's I was quite happy with the outcome , the stage lighting wasn't great at the national show and we all look quite washed out , but backstage all of the competitors had savage physiques and they made us battle round after round until they finally decided on who will place .... The national stage was the hardest battle iv ever had and by far the most fun !!
