Unpacking the "Everest of corporate turnarounds," Wilson talked through each stage of the five year transformation from triage to customer manifestation and beyond. The interview also touched on the Air India and Vistara merger which gained Singapore's conditional approval shortly after the event. The fifteen minute discussion wrapped up with an exploration into the growing Indian market - looking at long term predictions and quality vs quantity of traffic.
