Описание: I have a 1998 1500 Silverado 4.3 v6 vortec truck four wheel drive. I had starting problems. Sometimes it would start, but other times, it would take a while to start--I would have to turn the key on and off, making the pump go on and off, and eventually it would start, but would wear the battery down. This video discusses how to use a gauge on checking fuel pressure and seeing the low fuel pressure reading on the gauge. I show how to replace the fuel pump and then show higher fuel pressure after the replacement. As you will see, I had cut a hole in the bed of the truck to get to the fuel pump.
