• Chicken: 1 kg
• Yougurt: half cup
• Green chilli : ⅓ tbsp
• Ginger garlic paste: 1 tbsp
• Crushed chilli: half tbsp
• Red chilli powder: half tbsp
• Hot Spices: half tbsp
• Cumin powder : ⅓ tsp
• Black papper: ⅓ tsp
• Crushed coriander: 1 tsp
• Turmeric: half tbsp
• Citric acid: 2 pinch
• Tamarind:6-8
• Dry plum : 3-4
• Food colour: 2 pinch
• Salt : ⅓ tbsp / according to your taste
