Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Modeler with strong background in Star and Snowflake Schema. In this role you will be responsible for Designing, implementing, and maintaining data models that support efficient storage and retrieval of large scalable data sets. You will also work closely with Data Engineers, Business Analysts and Business Stakeholders

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Star Schema and Snowflake Schema data models for data warehousing solutions.. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data engineers, analysts, business users) to understand business requirements and translate them

into data model specifications. Create efficient and scalable database structures, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and availability. Optimize data models for performance, scalability, and ease of use. Define and implement best practices for data modeling and schema design. Work with ETL developers to ensure

smooth data integration into the data warehouse. Perform data

profiling/analysis activities that helps to establish, modify and

maintain data model Document data models, processes, and

standards for future reference and maintenance. Provide technical support and guidance to other teams regarding data modeling techniques and best practices

Additional Responsibilities:

Experience with cloud platforms (eg., AWS, Azure) and their data services. Familianty with data governance and data quality principles.
