This short practice invites you to choose one animal and simply observe — without interaction, without expectation.
Notice breathing.
Movement.
Distance and closeness.
There is no pressure and no right or wrong.
This is a gentle foundation for conscious connection with animals and nature, and for learning to listen deeply — including knowing when to begin, and when to stop.
