Certain cars are destined to become collectible. The Lamborghini Countach is definitely one of them. Nowadays cars that are "Factory Correct" as opposed to just restored using modern day aftermarket parts are worth A LOT more. So original screws, bolts, pieces, hoses, parts, etc.
Getting your car certified or inspected for "period correctness" is very expensive and usually the one who does them (at least most of them) is Valentino Balboni, the former Test driver for Lamborghini.
It's very cool to see these cars move. It's very impractical and has many issues only a Lamborghini would have, but it's like stepping into a time machine back to 1988.
