Continuing from V19, and V20 I headed to Southend on Sea. The weather turned quite hot, and we had to confine walks mainly to the early mornings and late evenings. During the day we parked up with the tailgate facing the breeze and the side door open or went for drives with the air conditioning running. We spent a day exploring the coastal stretch near Southend and another day around The Crouch, including an outdoor market at Burnham on Crouch and an abandoned airfield at Bradgate on Sea.
Next stop Clacton on Sea (V22)
