A 10 mile walk completing the Glen Sherup Horseshoe in The Ochils taking in two Donalds. I’ve done this route several times however we were still prepared with the the route downloaded onto my GPS and all the usual wet weather kit although none of this was required.
On reaching the 1st summit the weather changed from light winds and excellent visibility to the opposite. It was blowing a bit of a hoolie.
We sheltered in a ruined structure of some sort for lunch before carrying on.
Despite the deteriorating weather it was still a great day out and boosted our hill fitness.
