Описание:
• Take dry chickpeas and clean them properly.
• Heat a heavy-bottom pan on low flame.
• Add the chickpeas to the pan and dry roast them.
• Stir continuously to ensure even roasting.
• Roast for 20–25 minutes until the chickpeas turn dark brown and release a strong roasted, coffee-like aroma.
⚠️ Do not burn them — burnt chickpeas will give a bitter and unpleasant taste.
• Remove from heat and allow them to cool completely.
• Grind the roasted chickpeas into a fine powder using a mixer or grinder.
• Store the powder in an airtight container.
