STOP treating change as something that happens to your organisation.

START treating it as something your organisation can do repeatedly, sustainably, and without breaking your people.

Three things from our conversation I think about:

→ Your middle managers are your secret weapon (or your bottleneck)

Strategy does not fail in the boardroom. It fails in translation. Middle managers turn vision into action BUT only if we actually equip them to do it.

→ Sponsorship is a daily practice, not a keynote moment

Real leadership visibility isn't the town hall speech. It is the follow-through. The closed loop. The decision made. The team backed when things get messy.

→ AI will move fast. Your people need to move with confidence.

Technology enables transformation, but people are the transformation and without clarity, safety, and ownership, adoption does not happen.

‘If change capability is truly a competitive advantage... who actually owns it in your organisation today?’
