Описание: 雲湧阿里山是為慶祝中華民國國樂學會 70 年而創作之樂曲，曲中描寫壯觀的雲海景象，在海拔近2300 公尺的阿里山，千變萬化的氣象景緻，如同身處幻妙之中。樂曲以雄壯氣勢作為開場，描述阿里山走過歷史越過生命，屹立不搖。音樂不乏悠揚的旋律及律動的音符，讚頌著眼前的壯麗景觀。

作曲者在小時後曾與父母親同遊阿里山，日出昇起的那一剎那，是不曾忘記的美妙印象。數十年後於 2018 年重遊阿里山，之後更多次進入山林，尋找的不是小時候的印記，而是和一群志同道合的朋友們，深入阿里山探索其文化脈絡，期待各自為阿里山曾走過的滄桑歷程與美麗山林留下註記。作曲者以創作樂曲來記錄阿里山的神秘及美景。

"Clouds Surging over Alishan" Composed by Su Wen-Cheng

Clouds Surging over Alishan is a composition created to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Chinese Music Association, Taiwan R.O.C. The music vividly portrays the spectacular phenomenon of sea clouds at an elevation of nearly 2,300 meters on Alishan. The ever-changing weather patterns create an enchanting atmosphere, as if one is immersed in a magical realm.
The piece opens with grandeur, symbolizing Alishan's enduring presence throughout history and life's journey. The melodies and rhythmic notes resonate with both elegance and vigour, paying tribute to the magnificent landscape before our eyes.

The composer, having once explored Alishan with his parents during childhood, holds a vivid memory of the mesmerizing moment when the sun rose. Decades later, in 2018, he revisited Alishan and ventured into its woods multiple times. The quest was not merely to revisit childhood impressions but to delve into Alishan's cultural context alongside like-minded friends. Each sought to leave their own mark, recording the poignant journeys and the beauty of the mountainous landscape. Through this musical composition, the composer recorded the mystery and splendour of Alishan.
