By Wednesday night, the storm made its way throughout the San Diego County.
North County was the first to be hit by the rain and parts of the area have already seen the heaviest downpour.
CBS 8 was in Escondido and Mission Beach, where there were heavy rain causing puddles throughout the streets, as of 10 p.m.
