Here is how to build your own dice tower that will randomize your dice throws. Total cost of this project is probably about $6-7USD (mid-2014 at a big-box home supply store) for 2" PVC schedule 40 tubing, a "cleanout" adapter (for the base) and an optional 3"-to-2" adapter for the top. I paid $1.45 for a can of black spray paint at a local budget store with "Dollar" in its name, enough for two towers.
One additional note - I inadvertently omitted my use of transparent "Scotch"-style adhesive tape to secure the section of water bottle to the tower base. The tape is best used in the two upper corners of the plastic, and is very effective at adhering to the smooth PVC and the "flimsy" bit of water bottle plastic.
