RECIPE:
Fudge
Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 20 to 30 minutes
Total Time 50 minutes
Makes 10 1 inch fudge
Ingredients:
1 Cup full fat milk powder( 3.5 ounce)
½ Cup condensed milk
¼ Cup granulated sugar
¼ Tsp salt
¼ Tsp ground nutmeg
½ Tsp ground cinnamon
1 Tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp salted butter
Instructions:
Measure and prepare all the ingredients first to be organized when cooking
Rub some butter on a flat dish
Set it aside. Then add the condensed and sugar in a heavy bottom skillet
Turn the heat on to a medium heat
Stir often until the sugar has melted using a large sturdy spoon
Once the sugar has melted add the milk powder
Stirring often
Add the nutmeg,cinnamon and salt.
Continue mixing until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
The mixture will reduces
Then add the vanilla extract
Keep stirring until the vanilla is well incorporated the mixture will turn into a semi firm texture
Add the butter then stir until the butter is well incorporated The mixture should turn into a semi form consistency Place it on the prepared dish
Shape into your desired shape
I made 10 or 8 small fudge
Store at room temperature
Serve and enjoy
