Juknoi restaurant start operating in Bangkok, in year 2519 Buddhist era( 1976 in Christian ) Northeastern Thai Style cuisine as a family business, with strong
know-how in culinary with faithfulness in art of Thai culinary , selling Thai foods and fusions crafted dish.
The main dish menu are Northeastern Thai Style cuisine(Issan food concept),Word's JUK-NOI in Thai means, the invitation for goods , " just a little bit " or “just a little more”


Our Secret Recipe  ….”Juknoi” and “fermented fish(Pla-ra)” is being together for several menus such as papaya salad , streamed fish with curry paste ,
streamed chicken with fermented fish ,Jeaw manus and a lot of E-san curry manus .Cooked fermented fish is contained with a lot of nutrition such as B1, B2,
B3, fiber , carbohydrate , Protein,ferric , HDL etc. People who love food which cooked with fermented fish for health. Moreover for hygiene as well.
