Tatonka! Tatonka! "Tatonka" is the Lakota word for bison. We begin with our morning routine in the trailer to get ready for the travel day to Watson Lake, Yukon. Come on tour with us around the Famous Sign Post Forest where you will see signed gold pans, license plates and many posts featuring unique signs from around the world.
A perfect stop at Tags in Watson Lake to get fuel, add air to the airbags and do a safety check over the truck and trailer set-up. With more miles behind us, we were so excited to arrive at the physical Yukon-Alaska border and be back on USA soil! The USA customs were a breeze and welcomed us home to Alaska.
