This is remains of an old ranch house deep in the wilderness at Tosohatchee Wildlife Management Area. It was built in the early 1900's and at one time was used for hunt and camping parties. It was known as the Bumby Camp or Camp Blanton. Lots of memories were made here over the years. Just some of the fascinating history in this preserve. All artifacts and remains were left undisturbed, if you visit this place please be respectful of what history still remains. It is illegal and prohibited to remove artifacts from this preserve.
