Note: I started production on this back in September 2020, and only finished it yesterday, so some of the data and bannings might be out of date.
Update: Groundwell used to see more play in Infect decks, but has been replaced with Scale Up as of lately. Cracking a Fetchland does turn on cards with Revolt (from Ather Revolt) like Fatal Push and Renegade Rallier. See pinned comment for discussion!
