In this video we will see how to make potato smiley recipe. This is fun and easy way to make crispy potato fries. Kids will love this smiley recipe. It is actually very easy to make at home. It only needs two basic ingredients, boiled potatoes and some seasoning. There are two critical factors in making a perfect smiley, 1) the dough should be rolled into a sheet about 1/2 cm in thickness. If it is too thick it will be soggy and if it is too thin then it will get burnt very fast. 2) The next factor is getting the perfect crispy smileys is the temperature of cooking oil. If the oil temperature is too low, the potatoes will absorb too much oil and if the temperature is too hot, the outside will get burnt before the middle part gets cooked.
