Jammu- Srinagar Highway has been partially reopened for light motor vehicles (LMVs) here today on Wednesday on temporary basis, following extensive restoration work after being closed for nine days due to landslides in Thard on the Jammu Srinagar National Highway Udhampur district. Passenger Vehicles have been allowed on a temporary basis. Authorities will wait and see how the road conditions hold up over the next hour at Tharad and Bali Nalla Udhampur
