Описание: Hey guys, here's my strongest CoC (Arc) ! I managed to craft all my gear into perfection for this final coc build ! So yeah...it is as strong as my last league's God-tier Celestial ARC, but has more defence ^^

**80% of the gear is self-crafted by using at least 300ex++

Arc trigger only (Super clear and DPS)
CI + perfect resist (Wise oak)
Perfected APS breakpoint
Very smooth gaming
