On The Scene: The contestant on the "It's Showtime" segment "Sexy Babe" who went viral after admitting that she is not knowledgeable about the Commission on Elections (Comelec) went to the central office of the commission in Intramuros, Manila on Tuesday. Heart Aquino was invited by the commission for a guided tour at the Palacio del Gobernador where Comelec is holding office. She was welcomed by Comelec officials and had a meeting with chairman George Erwin Garcia. After the tour, Aquino entertained questions from the media and said, she now understands the importance of this government agency.
