INGREDIENTS:
chicken 500 gms
salt to taste
ginger garlic paste 1 tbs
small cardamon 8no.+ big cardamom 2 no. (make powder and sift)
butter 3 tbsp
for yakhni:
yogurt 1 and 1/2 cup
water 1/2 litre +1/2 cup
salt to taste
ani seeds powder 1 tsp (heaped)
2 inch piece of cinnamom
small cardamon 4 no.
big cardamom 2 no.
black pepper (crushed) 1/2 tsp
oil 1/4 cup
mint leaves 2 tsp (dried and crushed)
onion paste (2 medium sized onion fried)
chicken cube 1 no.
ginger garlic paste 1 tbs
