Apostolic Carmel Sisters - Pandemic Stories of India

Описание: It's been over a year since the Sisters of Apostolic Carmel, Bandra, have been distributing packed dinner to the lesser fortunate people in the vicinity. What started as a small initiative requires daily commitment and the sisters have been consistent at this service every day since the pandemic started in March 2020.

With the help of a few good Samaritans the 'Share & Care Project' is able to feed over 100 people daily, including daily wage earners who've lost their jobs during this pandemic.

If you'd like to volunteer you can approach the sisters between 5:30- 6pm at the Apostolic Carmel High School & College gate on hill road, Bandra West.
