Sukka is a very famous dish prepared by mangaloreans. This is their speciality dish. They prepare this dish with chicken known as chicken sukka.Here I added eggs instead of chicken. Try this dish out and you will find out that eggs can be yummy this way.
Ingredients
egg - 4
Oinion chopped - 1
Roasted Red chillies - 5 - 6
Coriander seeds - 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
Tamarind - 1 lemon size
Pinch of turmeric
Salt to taste
Oil/ ghee - 1 tbsp
Curry leaves a few
Chopped Coriander leaves
Grated Coconut - 1/2 cup
Water
