This is a little portion of the city I like to call secret garden or hotel street of KL due to it's charm and characteristics. Totally in contrast to the concrete jungle, Conlay is located at the fringe between urbanism and man-made nature. Also, the building density around here are way lower to the extend we can see traditional architecture and buildings.
Just when you think it couldn't get any more convenient being a street away from KLCC and Bukit Bintang, there will be a TOD right in front of the project along with Conlay MRT station which connects to the main financial hubs such as KLCC, TRX and etc.
Unfortunately, such a masterpiece designed by Kerry Hill Architects is connected to a rather narrow road next to a junction. Noise and traffic congestion will be the main issue then.
