You know, I know, everyone loves noodles. 😋 And this Stir-fried rice noodles with chicken is no exception. The key of the deliciousness actually is in the sauce, and how the sauce gets caramelized.
Ingredients:
Dried rice noodles 200g
Chicken 400g
Leeks 100g
Celery stalks 50g
Carrot 50g
Minced garlic 1 tbsp
Minced ginger 1 tbsp
Cooking oil 2 tbsp
Chicken marination:
Soy sauce 1 tsp
Mirin 1 tsp
Oyster sauce 1 tsp
Cornstarch 1 tsp
Stir-fry sauce mixture:
Salt 1/4 tsp
Ground black pepper 1/2 tsp
Soy sauce 1 tsp
Sweet soy sauce 1 tsp
Black vinegar 1 tsp
Rice vinegar 1 tsp
Dark soy sauce 1 tsp
*soak the rice noodles into warm water for 5 minutes
