Using the App
1. Tap the app on your phone or table to open.
2. Enter your account using your Username and Password or biometrics if enabled.
3. Once signed in, head to the “Transfer” tab in the navigational bar to initiate the transfer process.
4. Once on the "Transfer Money" page, tap the "From" drop-down menu to choose an account from which the transaction amount will be drawn. This will display both Wells Fargo and external bank accounts.
5. Select a pre-linked external account, or head to the “Add non-Wells Fargo” option at the bottom of the pop-up to link a new account for the transaction.
6. Follow the onscreen Prompts to key in the remaining necessary details, such as the Destination account, transfer frequency, date, delivery speed, and amount.
7. Tap the “Continue” button when done entering the details, review the details on the next page, and tap “Make Transfer” to complete the process.
