For the first time in Brazil, a jail opened its doors to try a course in Vipassana meditation. This is currently happening in countries like India and Unites States with amazing results.
With authorization from the Brazilian government, the course was held at Ribeirão das Neves Jail (State of Minas Gerais) and was documented in this video: “Vipassana, o caminho da libertação”.
This video explains the Vipassana meditation technique and presents the transformations that it brought as spoken by the inmates and the volunteers, who were at the jail giving the course.
