Working out how much stamp duty you will pay is actually rather tricky. Stamp duty is nothing new for property investors but the amount of people I know who don't really understand is shocking!! For anyone buying property investment then you will need to be considering Stamp Duty and how that will impact the deal. Once you've added on the Stamp you can see that you're not actually getting as good a deal as you once thought. Always THINK STAMP DUTY.
