Blended ewa agoyin sauce - (4 red bell peppers (510g), 2 sweet peppers (200g), 1/2 of a medium-sized onion (75g - blending)
Pepper seeds
1 tablespoon of crushed chilies (10g)
1 cup of palm oil (200g)
1/2 of a medium-sized onion (75g - for frying)
1 teaspoon of sea salt (5g)
2 knorr chicken stock cubes (8g)
