Some materials for this effect were taken from / @vg-entertainment84 , so BIG credits to him for making this effect possible and accurate. I recommend checking out his channel! Also, this effect was made to be as precise as possible in CapCut (for now, maybe future effects could be way more accurate).
Also, one thing that is used in the effect itself, but for some people, isn’t there, is the TV pixels effect. But if you don’t have it, it’s not required, and you have the choice to not add it anyway or replace it with another effect of your choice, and I think almost nothing would happen if you did that.
