Moong dal 200 grams to be boiled
Cooked rice one bowl for two portions
Green chillies 5 to 6
Ginger Garlic paste with turmeric powder added
Curry leaves handful
Tomatoes cut 2
Onions cut 2
Jeera 1 TS
Cut ginger 1 inch
Cut Garlic pieces
Kasuri methi 3 finger
Red chilli powder
Milk 1 small cup
Butter 1 spoon
Ghee 2 TS
Curds 100 ml
