In this video, we demonstrate our fully integrated production line that takes raw metal coils and transforms them into finished, bent components with zero manual intervention.

🔄 The Process:

Uncoiling & Leveling: The line begins by automatically unspooling multi-ton coils. Our precision leveling unit removes internal stress, guaranteeing the material flatness required for high-end laser cutting.

Laser Cutting: The leveled sheet moves directly into the cutting zone, where a synchronized blade support system works with the laser head for flawless, burr-free cuts on stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum.

Robotic Bending & Stacking: A robotic arm precisely transfers the cut piece to our flexible bending center. After bending, a second robot removes the finished workpiece for stacking or transfer to the next process.
