--- LAND BASED big Barramundi. Fishing an urban creek, land based, 2 minutes from home. I did NOT expect the day to turn out like this:

Surprise number one: Running into two fellow Youtubers... And thank god I did, because I'm not sure if I would have been able to land the monster Barramundi if I was by myself. ‪@HUNTINGNT375‬ and Adventure Crab TV

Surprise number two: BIG crabs. It turns out that even this is a very heavily pressured creek with lots of people fishing and crabbing every week. It still contains big mud crabs.

Surprise number three: BIG Barramundi. As you can probably tell from the video, this was not an expected catch. With so many people fishing in this city/urban creek, never in my wildest dreams did I expect to catch a monster Barramundi.

I live in Darwin in Australia's Northern Territory. Also known as the "Top End." A lot of my older videos are from the Gulf of Carpentaria, when I lived in a little fishing village called King Ash Bay Fishing Club. It's located on the banks of the McArthur River downstream from Borroloola in the Northern Territory. I still go back there a few times a year and make fishing videos of my fishing trips.
