This session today took us 45 min. Enough time to absolutely destroy every Upper Body muscle with this brutal EMOM Workout (and ofc blasting Creed):
10 min EMOM each of:
a) Pull ups
b) Push ups
c) Ring Rows
d) KB Shoulder Press
