Recipe
2 large sweet potato
2 cloves of garlic chop into small pieces
red onions
200 grams of cherry tomatoes
200 gram cooked chickpeas
½ tsp cumin
1 tsp smoked paprika
A handful spinach
Salt and black pepper
1 tbsp lemon juice
For toppings
chopped pecans, walnuts

Poke several holes in the potato before baking
Bake in a preheated oven 200°C (392°F) for about 45 minutes until soft.
Chop 2 cloves of garlic into small pieces
