Welcome I'm the indie dev of CWDI GAMES. In this video I'm going to do a speed test between the Unity game engine and the Flax game engine. I'm not using Unity 6 so I've got the data from Jason Weimann, a great guy, from the Unity startup speed test he did about a year ago and I'm comparing that data to the Flax engine of today. Spoiler, the Flax engine is faster. Of course one would hope Unity 6 start up time has improved. There are still complaints about Unity 6 being slow not just during startup but throughout the process of creating a game or project.
