In this episode, we meet Coach Kuljeet Singh. A retired professional from Food Corporation of India and carrying cricket knowledge of over 5 decades. Kuljeet Singh started his career as an aspiring cricketer back in early 1970s. Honing his cricketing skills under the guidance of Late Professor Naresh Chander Bakshi and the ecosystem of Bright Cricket Club, Kuljeet Singh shined in Delhi cricket circles, playing several high optics tournaments and also representing Delhi U-19 Vizzy Trophy. However, several life events turned his focus towards cricket Coaching. He passed out from National Institute of Sports, as a topper of his batch back in 2001-2002 and then never looked back. Coaching for FCI for over 20 years and also mentoring several scholarly National cricketers with Indian public sector services camps, has helped him develop a very fine view points on training cricketers and development process. Shri Kuljeet Singh, is a humble man full of grace and helpful demeanor has also helped scores of colleagues in getting employment in the public sector through sports background. In this discussion, he shares with us his pearls of wisdom , humility in thoughts and a vision of cricket reflective of his club - Bright Cricket Club and his guru - Prof. Naresh Chander Bakshi.
