Elliptical bikes are a newer invention. They seem like a hybrid between an elliptical machine and a bicycle, and they allow you to get a total-body workout while enjoying the outdoors. Every year, elliptical bikes become more popular and may be found on city streets providing a high-cardio, low-impact workout.
