Tried out a new spot this week, Elie, in Fife. The mark I wanted to reach was a tiny rocky island, only accessible at low tide.
I arrived a little bit early to get out to the island, so fishing behind Lady’s Tower, a small ruin on a rocky point. In this warm up session we only managed a few small coal fish, but later, after an unexpected struggle across the rocks, caught a few Codling, Dab and Flounder.
