~145 jumps total. 1 hour 40 minute session.
Didn't feel too good early to mid session. Somehow tweaked my VMO in my quad when warming up. Luckily it only hurt in deeper range of motion. With my Right-left jump technique the block foot is a more shallow range of motion so I could still jump. I felt it mostly when landing so I was scared to jump hard and didn't want to land weird. Later in the session I felt good and got some higher jumps in. Max vert was probably ~ 37-38 inches today.
Not a bad dunk session but struggled at times with passes and timing.
Kind of hit some new dunks but they were weak finishes. Attempted the dwight tap and rim tap but when they went in it was a weak finish. Will keep trying them in the following weeks to improve them. The windmill front ringed and rolled in, doesn't really count lol. The reverse pump felt awful today, only got 1 or 2 attempts that hit front ring but didn't go in. I might have to rep these dunks out on a low ring and perfect technique before next session.
